Borderlands 3 is an action role-playing first-person shooter video game developed by Gearbox Software and published by 2K Games. It is the sequel to 2012’s Borderlands 2, and the fourth main entry in the Borderlands series. Borderlands 3 was released on 13 September 2019 for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. A Google Stadia port has been confirmed for a later release date.

Borderlands 3 allows the players to complete quests and side missions, in singe-player or multiplayer, as one of the four main “Vault Hunters”. Unlike the first two games Borderlands 3 takes the players to various other planets in order to stop the two main antagonists, twins Troy and Tyreen Calypso. 1. In sanctuary and a few other places as me and a friend were listening to the npcs ramble, we noticed on the the screens had a bunch of stats. The stats are the stats used in Dungeons and Dragons Fifth Edition, tho I am curious as to if they refer to a specific character, not as big a tabletop reference as Tiny Tina’s dlc, but nice none the less.

  2. I always thought the definition of insanity one was how you keep dying and coming back over and over again like the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and excepting a diffrent result

  3. Update this: Because there is a legendary shotgun from doom, and every time you pick it up or shoot, it plays a rift.

  4. Hey i just found a Easter Egg that References Dark Souls 1 bosses Ornstein and Smough. The Rare Spawn is "Captain" Thunk and Sloth. Ornstein was one of the 4 kings Knights so Captain is Very fitting for the Reference!!

  5. During the Buff Movie Buff mission, you can find a goliath named Road Dog, who uses a shotgun, a hook that, when used, pulls you toward him, and a canister that he can use to heal a large amount of health. He's a reference to Roadhog, a Tank character from Overwatch with the same abilities as Road Dog.

  6. There's also multiple Firefly/ Serenity references, Sanctuary 3 seems to share a likeness to Serenity, there's a sidearm called "The Companion" with a description reading "You can't take the sky from me" and the description of one world is "you can't stop the signal" .
